Here is my transcription & play through of The Devil I Know | Joan Armatrading. Originally played by Pino Palladino.

I'm using my Fender Custom Precision Bass Fretless, Boss CE2 Chhorus, MXR Bass Octave Deluxe & Optima round wound strings straight into Logic Pro X with some mild compression & standard eq.

This has become one of my most favourite bass lines, along with many other Joan Armatrading tracks & other Pino tracks of the era

I've also added a "supercut" that just shows the tasty, cool & interesting fills, effects & articulations.
